What is MEET?
MEET is the Italian organization that hosts the DigitalArt4Climate in Milan, Italy on the second day of the Youth Event. MEET supports digital culture and creative technology. Designed as a social-oriented institution, MEET collects, promotes and shares creative ideas and innovative projects to reduce the digital cultural divide and guarantee an increasingly more active participation with an approach centred on meeting and inclusion.
What is ACE?
Action for Climate Empowerment (ACE) is a term adopted by the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) to denote work under Article 6 of the Convention (1992) and Article 12 of the Paris Agreement (2015). The over-arching goal of ACE is to empower all members of society to engage in climate action, through education, training, public awareness, public participation, public access to information, and international cooperation on these issues.
What is ACE_AT?
The Project ACE_AT is a collaborative global effort towards strengthening Action for Climate Empowerment (ACE) within and beyond the UNFCCC process. The goal is to empower all members of society to engage in Climate Action and to change the perception on ACE. The main task of the non-party stakeholder partners of ACE_AT IAAI & ECOS is to develop the plan for a self-sustaining ACE non-Party stakeholders support structure/office (potentially in the institutional setting of a quasi-international Organization as offered by Austrian legal system with a corresponding business plan, resource mobilization innovation and digital tools and a digital global ACE platform.
What is the thematic framework of the Youth Climate Action Celebration?
The Storm: uncertainties and fears in a rapidly changing world.
The Haven: people and communities joining hands towards mastering the climate crisis.
The Angel: the individual global citizens as the centre of a value and cultural shift towards empathy, solidarity, who create with their individual climate action legacy (documented and certified with digital badges) the foundation for a good life for all.
What the main goals of the Youth Climate Action Celebration?
There are several major goals of the Youth Climate Celebration:

• Informing and educating the audience about the United Nations led global efforts to master the climate crisis. Among them: UNFCCC process, Paris Agreement, Action for Climate Empowerment (ACE) program, UN Climate Change Conference COP26 in Glasgow, UK in November 2021.

• Inspiring public support for bold and effective climate action with youth focused narratives, inspiring artwork through the DigitalArt4Climate initiative, music and celebrities’ engagement.

• Mobilizing financial resources for systemic solutions to youth focused climate action empowerment.

• Movement building and individual climate action empowerment with social and digital innovation and blockchain-based climate action NFT platform and app with the focus in youth.
How may I contribute to the DigitalArt4Climate?
Thanks for asking. There are four ways to do it:

•Participate in the Art Competition. Regardless of whether you are NFT-savvy, or about to undertake your journey in crypto art space, we are inviting everyone to become a part of our first Competition for climate change-related art and explore the extraordinary potential of the eco-friendly proof-of stake based blockchain technology. All you have to do is to visit the official Submission page, agree on the Art Competition’s Terms and Conditions and to share your creation with us using your favorite medium.

•Claim your Milan 2021 DigitalArt4Climate Global Angel NFT and commemorate your participation in the Youth Climate Event.

•Make the donnation to the public cryptocurrency wallet of the DigitalArt4Climate which is digitalart4climate.nft. We appreciate a lot your support!

•Watch out for #DigitalArt4Climate hashtag on Twitter and Instagram to keep in touch with the initiative. Tag your artists-friends so they can join you on climate-change action. Join our Discord and introduce yourself.
